Catherine Gerbrands creates atmospheric, folk horror worlds you can get lost in. Inspired by artists including Richard Dadd, Gerald Scarfe, Ian Miller and Leonora Carrington, Catherine (she/they) makes detailed mezzotint and drypoint prints that have wonderful texture and depth. A talented singer and multi-instrumentalist, their music and art feeds off one another and they have performed in galleries and designed album covers. Bess Frimodig has spent her life traveling light, yet her current obsession is wonderfully weighty: the elusive, comforting fantasy of soft seating. Her new prints, including "Phantom Sofa" and "Oh Santa Give Me Soft Seating for Christmas", are part of her ongoing "Furniture Dreaming" series. They are studies in colour, memory, and desire. Bess shares the inspiration behind her flying sofas, from Japanese printmaking techniques and Rothko's colours to her armchair-traveling Latin teacher.

Polly's spectacular prints bring wildlife stories to life through her knowledge of animal behaviour, expressive marks and her love of drawing. She shares her memories of her time living in Africa, why each print is unique and why she loves printmaking.
