RETURNS INFORMATION
 
If you are not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to request a replacement or return, after which you have another 14 days to return the item.

Please contact us in store, on the phone, or through the form on this page to register a return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using registered mail or a recognised international courier company. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.

All returns must include original packaging. Orders are currently dispatched by the artist. If you are ordering work by different artists, please place one order per artist.
