Diana Croft
Diana Croft is a printmaker and painter specialising in reduction linocuts inspired mainly by nature and landscape. Her prints are often stylised representations of places known or imagined and have a strong sense of pattern and colour.
She is heavily influenced by the North and South Downs near where she lives in Surrey but is also fascinated by the smaller scale landscapes of gardens and allotments where nature and order sit side by side.
She has travelled extensively and has been inspired by trips to Central and South America to create linocuts reflecting not only the landscape but also the folk art of the various places.
